Recycled Art!

                                                     Our Next Project: Recycled Sculpture

We will be participating in the Muzeo's Trash Art Show Challenge! Here is the information on rules and prizes! http://www.muzeo.org/trashartist/
If you don't know much about trash art, it is simple: creating art out of the objects you would normally throw away. This helps our environment and our creativity too! You will be learning more about trash art when we are working on our project but here are some links and photos to get started! After you research the links below, tell us what your favorite trash art piece was. Don't forget the homework of collecting at least 10 pieces of useable, washed trash for our project (no cans, please) due this Friday for 10 points! Here is a great place that people bring recycled materials and people purchase for creative reuse at the creative reuse depot in Long Beach: http://thelongbeachdepot.org/. Definitely worth checking out!!

  8. Wow these are amazing. I love the cassette tape of Michael Jackson. I cant imagine how long it took to make that. It also reminds me of the song "Just the Way You Are" by Bruno Mars.
